Designing and building a custom home or launching a major remodeling project can be intimidating for most customers.
We’ve developed a superior Design/Build and customer care service that makes building your new home as easy and smooth as possible.
It’s our job to listen carefully during the initial consultation and into the design phase to best interpret those conversations into a design that specifically serves you. We have many cutting-edge ideas in both space planning and product selection to help you make your home truly exceptional.
Meet Craig Fairbanks, Owner
Craig Fairbanks is a lifelong resident of the Cedar Valley and is proud to call this area home.
He knew from an early age that he would be a homebuilder. His father started building homes in 1953, and at age three Craig began helping his father with minor tasks. It wasn’t long until he was sketching home exteriors and exploring the thought of home design.
By the age of 15, Craig was designing plans for his father’s homes, and at 21 years old he designed and built his first custom home. Over the years, Craig has developed a deep love for home-building and design, as well as a passion for making dreams come true for the families who call those dwellings home.
Craig is a member of the Remodeler’s Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This affiliation reflects Craig’s commitment to responsible business practices, quality construction and reliable customer service.
Craig is also one of a select group of professionals nationwide to earn the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist designation. This designation identifies remodelers who have been trained to help retirees and older adults continue to live safely and independently in their homes throughout their maturing years.
