Neighborhood Features

The neighborhood has a total of 16 custom home building lots and lot #17 reserved for twin home condo units custom built to your specifications.

Homes styles, street layouts, and landscaping requirements for all homes were carefully crafted into the neighborhood covenants to provide consistency and help ensure stable home values for years to come

Our goal with the neighborhood is to be as eco-friendly as possible, so the neighborhood is sustainable, yet inviting. Natural grasses and prairie flowers, along with a highly landscaped wetlands, are adjacent to slow moving creek. We took advantage of these natural features so that each lot benefits from the trees, creeks, and views.  The land allowed us to make most lots walkouts, and all with at least garden level view from a home’s lower level.

We have preserved  generous amount of green space areas for a more natural feel  and storm water retainage during heavier rains, to help prevent downstream flooding.  These environmental features help make Heritage Hills Estates unique with many green features built-in. Green spaces are maintained by the association so they remain manicured and not unsitley.

The final future building in the neighborhood could be built to service the neighborhood such as a coffee shop, bike shop, or exercise facilities,  all near the Greenhill Prairie Parkway intersection blending in perfectly with the homes and community.
